Polyurethane Top Coat Matt Paint

Polyurethane Top Coat Matt Paint (3+1) is a two-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-based and deep matt-looking top coat paint. It is used by mixing with the hardener at a ratio of 3:1. It is suitable for professional coatings in the industrial, automotive and furniture sectors thanks to its high chemical, mechanical and UV resistance. It gives the surface a natural, homogeneous and non-reflective matte finish.

Features

  • Matte and velvety surface effect (5–10% gloss)
  • UV resistance formulated against yellowing
  • Resistance to scratches and impacts
  • Resistance to chemicals, oils and solvents
  • Hard but elastic film structure
  • Does not leave brush/gun marks on the surface
  • Primer, putty or filler can be applied directly after varnish

Application Area

  • Automotive body and interior trim parts
  • Metal, aluminum and galvanized surfaces
  • Wood and MDF (furniture, interior decoration)
  • Industrial type machinery and equipment
  • Matte appearance required exterior panels
  • Indoor and outdoor applications

Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface must be dry, clean, free of oil and dust. Sandpaper should be applied before application and if necessary, the surface should be prepared with polyurethane or epoxy primer.
