Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface must be completely free of dust, oil, silicone and mold residue. If necessary, antistatic cleaning should be done and surfaces should not be sanded.

Application Instructions:

• The product is ready to use – usually no thinning is required
• If necessary, can be thinned with 5 – 10% special plastic surface thinner
• Can be applied with a gun, roller or brush

Gun Settings:

• Pressure: 1.5 – 2 bar
• Nozzle diameter: 1.2 – 1.3 mm
• A single thin coat is sufficient
• Drying time: 10 – 15 minutes (23°C)

Note: After drying, the final coat should be applied within a maximum of 2 hours.

Approx. 10 – 12 m² surface can be primed (Depending on thin film thickness)
