Epoxy Varnish

Epoxy Glossy Varnish is a two-component, epoxy resin-based, high-gloss, transparent and protective coating product. It is applied by mixing with amine-based hardener at a ratio of 4:1. It has high mechanical and chemical resistance; it creates a dust-proof, easy-to-clean, aesthetic and long-lasting surface. It is used as a final coat varnish on surfaces such as concrete, metal and wood in interior and closed areas.

Features

  • High gloss and glass-like surface
  • Does not yellow (UV resistance is limited)
  • Resistant to chemicals, water and oil
  • Resistant to abrasion and mechanical effects
  • Dust-proof, easy-to-clean structure
  • Transparent and decorative coating opportunity

Application Area

  • Protection and polishing of concrete and screed floors
  • As the final coat of epoxy paint systems
  • Industrial floors (factory, warehouse, parking lot)
  • Transparent protective coat on metal and wooden surfaces
  • Decorative epoxy applications (countertops, tables, etc.)

Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface to be applied must be dry, clean, dust-free and oil-free. Loose parts, dirt and moisture must be removed. If necessary, the surface must be prepared with a suitable primer. Varnish and hardener are mixed at a ratio of 4:1, and diluted with epoxy thinner according to the application viscosity.
