Epoxy Matt Paint

Epoxy Matte Paint is a two-component, epoxy resin-based, high chemical and mechanical resistance, matte-looking top coat paint. It is applied by mixing with amine-based hardener at a ratio of 4:1. It is used in industrial areas on floors and surfaces that require durability, long life and an aesthetic matte appearance. It is resistant to chemicals, solvents, water, oil and abrasion. Provides a topcoat suitable for heavy-duty conditions in interior spaces.

Features

  • Matte, non-reflective and aesthetic surface appearance
  • High chemical, mechanical and abrasion resistance
  • Resistant to water, oil and many solvents
  • Good adhesion and surface protection
  • Does not yellow (except solvent-free versions)
  • Provides long-lasting protection

Application Area

  • Factory and workshop floors
  • Storage and logistics areas
  • Food and pharmaceutical industry interior surfaces
  • Concrete, steel and galvanized surfaces
  • Automotive, machinery and equipment parts
  • Surfaces exposed to chemicals

Surface Preparation and Application Method

Application surfaces must be dry, dust-free, clean and free of oil. If necessary, a suitable epoxy primer must be applied to the surface. After mixing with the hardener, the mixture is diluted with epoxy thinner according to the application viscosity.
