Epoxy Glossy Paint

Epoxy Glossy Paint is a two-component, epoxy resin-based, high chemical and mechanical resistance, glossy-looking top coat paint. It is applied by mixing with amine-based hardener at a ratio of 4:1. It provides excellent adhesion, high gloss, resistance to chemicals and long-lasting surface protection. It is preferred in industrial facilities, factories and heavy-duty areas. Suitable for indoor applications.

Features

  • Bright and smooth surface appearance
  • High chemical, mechanical and abrasion resistance
  • Solvent, oil and water resistant structure
  • High adhesion strength
  • Does not yellow (for indoor use)
  • Long-lasting protection and aesthetic appearance

Application Area

  • Industrial floor and surface coatings
  • Factory, workshop and production areas
  • Metal constructions and equipment
  • Concrete floors, tank and warehouse surfaces
  • Food, pharmaceutical, automotive and chemical sectors
  • Indoor surfaces exposed to abrasion and chemicals

Surface Preparation and Application Method

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust. Oil, dirt and loose particles must be removed from the surface. If necessary, a suitable epoxy primer must be applied. After mixing the paint and hardener in the mixing ratio, it should be diluted with epoxy thinner according to the application viscosity.
