Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface to be applied must be clean, dry, and completely free of oil, dirt and loose particles. Humidity should be maximum 5%.

Dilution Rate:

• Dilute with Epoxy Thinner at 5-10% according to application viscosity (Slight thinning for brush/roller, more thinning for gun)

Application Instructions:

• Can be applied in 2 coats with brush, roller or gun
• Waiting time between coats: 6-12 hours
• Ambient temperature: +10°C to +30°C
• Gun pressure: 2-2.5 bar
• Application viscosity: 50-60 sec / DIN Cup 4 (20°C)

1 liter can cover approximately 7 – 9 m² of surface (depending on 40 – 50 micron dry film thickness)

Drying Time (23°C / 50% relative humidity)

• Dust-proof: 1 – 2 hours
