Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface to be applied must be clean, solid, dry and free from moisture. For surface preparation, the ground must be roughened with shot blasting, sandpaper or rasping. It is recommended to use a suitable epoxy primer before application.

Mixing Ratio (A + B + C)

  • A Component (Resin)
  • B Component (Hardener)
  • C Component (Filler – quartz additive)

Ratios should be determined according to the manufacturer's recipe (usually 2:1:3)

Dilution

  • Solvent-free, not diluted
  • Heating or low-speed mixing can be done for viscosity adjustment

Application Conditions

  • Application temperature: +15°C – +30°C
  • Application with trowel, level tooth comb or spreading apparatus
  • Air bubbles should be removed with a needle roller

Area that can be covered

  • Average consumption for 1 mm thickness: ~1.5 – 1.6 kg/m²
  • For 2 mm thickness: ~3.0 – 3.2 kg/m²

(Consumption varies depending on surface flatness and ambient conditions)

Drying Time (23°C / 50% relative humidity)

  • Surface dry: 6 – 8 hours
  • Walkable: 24 hours
  • Light-duty traffic: 48 hours
  • Full cure (chemical resistance): 7 days

Packaging

  • Component A: 10 kg
  • Component B: 5 kg
  • Component C (quartz additive): 15 – 25 kg (varies according to application)

Total set: 30 – 40 kg (depending on system)

Storage

  • Storage should be done in a cool and dry place between +10°C – +30°C
  • Protect from direct sunlight and frost
  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened original packaging

Hazard Warnings

  • R36/38: May cause eye and skin irritation
  • R43: May cause allergic reactions may cause
  • R66/67: May cause dry skin and dizziness

Safety Recommendations

  • S2: Keep out of reach of children
  • S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin
  • S36/37/39: Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles
  • S51: Apply in well-ventilated areas
