Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface to be applied must be dry, clean, and free of dust, oil and silicone residue. The sub-surface must be suitable for varnish; if necessary, the filler should be smoothed with varnish or primer.

Thinning Rate

Diluted with Cellulosic Thinner at a rate of 30 – 50% (depending on the application viscosity)

Area That Can Be Covered

Approximately 8 – 10 m² of surface can be covered with 1 liter of product (depending on the dry film thickness of 30 – 40 microns)

Drying Time (23°C / 50% relative humidity):

  • Dust-free: 5 – 10 minutes
  • Touch dry: 15 – 30 minutes
  • Full dry: 2 – 3 hours
  • Ideal time for intermediate sanding: 45 minutes – 1 hour
