Acrylic 3+1 Glossy Paint is a two-component, high-gloss and durable top coat paint based on acrylic resin. It is used to obtain long-lasting, aesthetic and durable surfaces on automotive, industrial and metal surfaces. Its physical and chemical resistance is increased when used with a hardener. It is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications with its high covering, scratch resistance and UV resistance.

Surface Preparation and Application Method

The surface to be applied must be clean, dry and free from residues such as oil, dust, rust. The surface must be smoothed with a suitable primer (e.g. Acrylic Primer or Rapid Primer).


Packaging

  • 1 L – 3 L – 12 L sets (Paint and hardener in separate packages)

Storage

  • Should be stored in original packaging, in a cool and dry environment
  • Should be protected from sunlight and freezing between +5°C and +30°C
  • Shelf life: 12 months (under appropriate conditions)

Hazard Warnings

  • R10: Flammable
  • R20/21: Harmful by inhalation and in contact with skin
  • R36/38: May cause eye and skin irritation
  • R66/67: May cause skin dryness and dizziness may be

Safety Recommendations

  • S2: Keep away from children
  • S16: Keep away from fire, do not smoke
  • S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin
  • S36/37/39: Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles
  • S51: Use only in well-ventilated areas
  • S56: Dispose of waste in accordance with environmental legislation

Application Instructions

  • Can be applied in 2 coats with a gun
  • Waiting time between coats: 5 – 10 minutes
  • Gun pressure: 2 – 2.5 bar
  • Nozzle diameter: 1.3 – 1.5 mm
  • Application viscosity: ~20–25 sec / DIN Cup 4 (20°C)

Karışım Oranı

  • 3 kısım Akrilik Parlak Boya + 1 kısım Sertleştirici
  • Gerekiyorsa %10–20 oranında Akrilik Tiner ile inceltilebilir

1 litre karışım ile yaklaşık 8 – 10 m² yüzey kaplanabilir (40 – 50 mikron kuru film kalınlığına göre)
