It provides mechanical resistance, chemical resistance and film hardness when used with acrylic primers and top coats. Mixing Ratio

It is generally used at a ratio of 4:1 according to the primer or paint system (4 parts paint/primer + 1 part hardener).

If necessary, it is diluted with a suitable thinner at a ratio of 10–15%.

It should be used in a short time after mixing (pot life: 1–2 hours).

Consumption / Coatability

It is not coated directly, it is is consumed according to the use of the system.

Average: 1 liter of hardener is sufficient for 4 liters of primer/paint.

Effect on Drying Time (23°C)

  • Does not collect dust: 10 – 15 minutes
  • Touch dry: 30 – 45 minutes
  • Full dry: 6 – 8 hours
  • Suitable for sanding: 2 – 3 hours

Storage

  • Should be stored in its original packaging, in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
  • Should be protected from freezing.
